What happens if I can’t keep up?
Dance is a process, it takes time and practice. Your first class will feel awkward but if you keep it up you will see improvement. Be gentle with yourself. We are working our body and brain in a new way, challenge is a good thing.
How many students are in each class?
Class size varies. There can be 2 to 20 students. The studio can easily accommodate up to 25 students.
How many hours a day should I dance?
Dance is a personal journey and it is up to the individual to decide what they want from the class and where they are going with their dance. If you are looking to get on stage I would recommend 30 min to 1 hr a day practice. If you are looking to get fit I would say you should supplement your dance with things like yoga, cardio and strength training. If you are just looking for a fun time once a week then that is all you need.
